How to make
Marinate the chicken fillet in soy sauce, curry and a little oil for approx. 1 hour.
Put the breadcrumbs in a deep plate and roll each fillet in them.
Arrange the chicken fillets on a tray lined with baking paper and a little oil and bake at 200°C, until they aquire a golden color.
If your tray is non-stick, you don't need to put baking paper.
While the meat is baking, you can cut the ingredients for the burrito stuffing.
Cut the red onion into crescents, the pickles into thin circles and the cheese and cheddar into medium-thick slices.
Once the chicken fillet is done, you start arranging the ingredients in the tortilla.
First, spread lightly with mayonnaise and then put the fillets, onions, cucumbers and cheese at one end.
Wrap the tortilla as shown in the pictures above and put it in the same pan in which you baked the chicken fillet.
Add a few slices (or grate) cheddar and bake in the oven, until it melts.
Serve the chicken and cheddar burrito warm with a fresh salad.
