  • bacon - 10 oz (300 g)
  • avocado - 1 pc.
  • lettuce - 1 pc.
  • mayonnaise - 4 tbsp.
  • yellow cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • tortilla - 4 pcs. (wraps)
  • oil
  • paprika
  • coriander
  • universal spice - vegeta
  • salt
  • lemon juice

How to make

Cut the boiled potatoes into cubes and put them in a greased teflon pan for frying. Once they are golden brown, add diced bacon.

Slightly fry and remove from the heat, then add the spices - salt, a pinch of paprika, a pinch of coriander, 2 pinches of vegeta.

Cut the lettuce into strips, the avocado into cubes and grate the yellow cheese. Pour the mixture into another bowl, and in a dry pan (or the same one) bake the wraps on both sides one by one.

After flipping the wrap, arrange the products while it's still on the stove. Spread the wrap with mayonnaise, add potatoes and bacon, grated cheese, lettuce and diced avocado, a little salt at the end and a bit of ​​lemon juice.

Roll up and serve! A suitable sauce is salsa or another tomato-based sauce. You can also add hot chili if you like spicy food.
