How to make
We bought an air fryer and I decided to try caramelized wings.
I cut off the sharp part of the wings.
I mixed the oil, ketchup, honey - preferably liquid, savory herb (two pinches) and soy sauce in a bowl.
I sprinkled each wing with a little salt and black pepper, then brushed both sides with the prepared mixture.
On the rack of the friar, I placed a cut circle of baking paper with its diameter, so that it doesn't get too messy when baking.
I put 4 wings and turned it on at 370°F (190°C) for 20 minutes, then took them out, turned them over and baked for another 10 minutes, to caramelize them well.
I have never eaten tastier baked wings! Try them as well!
