How to make
First, we wash and season the chicken fillet with salt. Then we cut it into pieces and sprinkle it with black pepper.
Beat the eggs in a bowl. Put the flour and breading in separate bowls.
First, we roll the chicken in flour, then in egg and finally in the crispy breading that we have mixed with sesame seeds. Alternate dry and wet hand.
Arrange the breaded pieces on a tray covered with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden brown (about 20 minutes).
Mix the soy sauce, sugar/honey, barbecue sauce, ketchup, pressed garlic cloves and olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Stir until the consistency thickens slightly and the sugar melts (3-5 minutes).
Then dip the chicken pieces in the sauce so that it covers them all over.
Serve the caramelized chicken bites with a suitable side dish.
