Ingredients

  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • olive oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml) for baked goods
  • yogurt - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • chickpea flour - 10 tbsp.
  • spelt flour - 5 tbsp. (sifted / white)
  • baking powder - 1 tbsp (10 g)
  • cottage cheese - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • white cheese - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • seeds - for sprinkling

How to make

I beat the eggs, added the oil, beat again, added the yogurt and beat once again.

I mixed the baking powder with the flour and added a spoonful at a time to the egg mixture, by beating at all times.
