Ingredients

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • carrots - 2 medium - sized pcs. (grated)
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • flour - 1 and 1/2 cups
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • baking powder - 2 tsp.
  • nuts - a handful
  • vanilla - 1 pc.

How to make

Beat the eggs well with the sugar.

Add the vanilla, oil, carrots, nuts and little by little the flour along with the baking powder.

Distribute the dough for the delicious muffins into molds.

The carrot muffins are baked in a preheated oven at 180° for 20 minutes.
