How to make
Peel the carrots and cut them into small pieces and place them in the food processor.
Put water, sugar, lemon juice, the orange and its peel in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and add the cinnamon. Put the carrots and reduce the heat.
Cook on low heat to the desired density.
Pour the prepared marmalade into jars and store them in the refrigerator.
The carrot marmalade is very tasty.
