How to make
Stir together the yoghurt and baking soda, leave them to bubble slightly. Separately, stir the eggs, 1 vanilla and 1/2 the sugar to a fluffy mixture.
Add it to the yoghurt and pour the sifted flour cup by cup. Alongside the flour, add 1 cup of a fat of your choice.
Gradually knead a soft dough and leave it to rise for a few hours. After it does, tear small balls from it and roll them out into small rectangles. Stuff them with marmalade and roll them up.
Arrange them in a tray with baking paper and bake in a 360°F (180 °C) oven until the edges start to redden. While still warm, roll them in the remaining powdered sugar and vanilla.
Other fillings you can also use are Turkish delight or jam + walnuts.
