  • honey - 2.5 oz (70 g) or agave
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • cinnamon
  • flour - 4.2 oz (120 g), a mixture of white and whole grain

How to make

The oven is heated to 360°F (180°C) with a fan.

The carrots and apples are peeled and grated on a fine grater.

Beat the eggs with the sugar in a bowl.

Add the hazelnut tahini, fat and honey. Finally, add the dry ingredients - flour, cinnamon, baking powder.
