The honey is poured in a clean container. Gradually add the organic cocoa, sifted through a sieve. Stir vigorously to avoid any cocoa lumps.
Finally, add the hazelnut tahini. Stir until a homogeneous mixture of color and texture is obtained.
If desired, add carob powder - it adds extra sweetness and a richer and darker color.
