How to make
The oven is heated to 360°F (180°C) with a fan.
The carrots and apples are peeled and grated on a fine grater.
Beat the eggs with the sugar in a bowl.
Add the hazelnut tahini, fat and honey. Finally, add the dry ingredients - flour, cinnamon, baking powder.
Spread the mixture into paper or silicone molds and bake for 25 minutes, until a wooden pick inserted into the muffins comes out dry.
