Ingredients

  • chicken breast - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • peppers - 3 pcs. (red, green and yellow)
  • onion - 1 onion
  • mushrooms - 9 oz (250 g)
  • noodles - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • worcester sauce - 1 tbsp.
  • black epper
  • hot peppers - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • sugar - 1 tsp.

How to make

If you can't find noodles, you can also use spaghetti. Boil the noodles between 5-7 minutes, until they're done.

During this time, finely chop the onion and put it in the wok to fry, by being careful not allow it to aquire a different color. Cut the peppers into juliennes, the mushrooms into slices and the hot pepper finely, along with the garlic.

Add the juliennes to the onions and mix. Then add the garlic and hot pepper. Mix the ingredients again and add the mushrooms.

Once everything has softened and fried, add the cooked noodles (or spaghetti). Add the sauce and sugar.

Finally, the chicken is also cut into juliennes (or cubes) and is added last into the wok pan. Stir everything, until the chicken is ready and season with black pepper.

You can serve it in a bowl as an appetizer or main if you add a larger portion.
