How to make
Cut the meat into fillets, which are marinated for about 2 hours in the wine, salt and part of the finely chopped onion marinade.
Cut the potatoes into thin pieces, season them with salt and roll them in paprika. Fry them in heated oil.
Finely chop the peppers and stew them in butter along with the remaining onion. When they soften, add the cream, finely chopped parsley and tomato puree.
Grease a baking dish and arrange a row of fillets, then the pepper mixture, add the fries on top and finish off with the fillets. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake the delicious dish in a moderately heated oven.
