How to make
Cut the pork fillets into steaks, soak them in a marinade made from a mixture of all the products - wine, thyme, oregano, chopped onion and garlic, oil, sugar, salt and black pepper.
Allow them to season for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Preheat a grill, brush it gently with a swab soaked with oil or half an onion head and grill the pork fillets evenly on both sides.
Smother the grilled meat in a cook pot.
