Fry the finely chopped onion, until it is well stewed. Add the mushrooms, cut into large pieces, and stew them as well.
Take them out and fry the livers in the same fat. If you want you can roll them in flour beforehand.
Since they splatter a lot when frying, use a pan rack to avoid this.
Do not fry the livers for too long, since they will also go through the oven where they will fully cooked.
Mix the onions with the mushrooms and livers and season with salt and black pepper.
Pour them into a suitable baking pan and sprinkle them with grated yellow cheese.
Bake the delicious appetizer for about 10-15 minutes, until it aquires a golden brown color.
