How to make
Place the pineapple juice along with the sugar in a suitable pot on the stove to heat up, until the sugar dissolves.
After the juice has reduced for 2-3 minutes, add the cleaned blueberries.
Boil over moderate heat and stir for about 10 minutes or a little longer. Once the blueberries have popped, add the cinnamon, brandy and sprinkle some black pepper.
Cook for another 5 minutes and keep stirring. Remove the pot from heat, remove the cinnamon.
Serve the blueberry sauce with poultry dishes.
