How to make
Cook the lentils but not completely. Cut the meat into cubes and fry it. Add the chopped vegetables to it successively.
Add the puree, spices and strained lentils. Pour the mixture into a guvec (clay pot), add the peppers and pour warm water, which should be a finger above the products.
Stir well. Bake the dish at 390°F (200°C) for about 35-40 minutes or until it is fully cooked.
The lentils with pork in a clay pot is very tasty.
