I love crunchy and quick-to-prepare cracker sticks, like the ones that are kneaded in no time and don't need rising.

They are great company for all kinds of spreads, dips and as a snack for cozy evenings at home in front of the TV.

For lovers of spicy food, these cracker sticks are just the thing.

The easiest way is to knead them is in a blender, because your dough will be ready in seconds. To do this, just put all of the products in the device (only the cayenne pepper should be crushed) and blend for 20 seconds. If necessary, sprinkle more flour, until a smooth and soft dough is obtained.

Of course, you can also knead it by hand, but then use a softer butter.

Form long thin sticks and arrange them in a baking tray covered with baking paper, by leaving a space between each cracker stick.

Bake at 370°F (190°C), until they aquire a golden color and start smelling nice - about 15 minutes, depending on the thickness.
