We're offering you a recipe for chips, which is not only tasty, but also healthy.
Oven-baked chips are tender and very pleasant, so don't hesitate to make them.
To make the chips crispy, cut the carrots into very thin slices. You can cut them into strips with a vegetable peeler or into circles with a suitable grater.
If you want the chips to be in circles, you should choose thicker carrots and cut them slightly at an angle.
Roll the sliced carrots in olive oil and sprinkle them with a little salt.
Line a tray with baking paper and arrange the carrots.
Bake the chips in an oven heated to 140-150°C (with a fan). The oven should be at this low temperature, because the chips should not be baked that much, but rather dehydrated.
Cool the finished chips on a wire rack to cool evenly. Serve them on their own or in combination with a vegetable spread or a dip.
The wonderful carrot chips are ready.
