How to make
Prepare the spaghetti sauce by heating the cream over low heat. Add the crumbled blue cheese and half of the mushrooms (chopped very finely). Add the remaining mushrooms (cut into slices), so that they can be felt in the sauce.
Stir for about 10 minutes, season with salt, garlic and white pepper and remove from the heat.
Peel the sausage from the thin casing and cut it into 0.4″ (1 cm), or slightly larger slices.
Pierce each circle with 6-7 sticks of spaghetti.
Place them in a wide pot of boiling water and cook according to the instructions on the spaghetti package. When they are ready, strain the water and drizzle olive oil, so that they do not stick together.
At the bottom of the plates, in which you will serve it, pour the sauce and arrange the impressive-looking pasta on top.
