How to make
Boil the spaghetti, drain and mix it with 1 tablespoon of butter, while still warm. Heat the olive oil and fry the onion until soft, add the chopped garlic and the finely chopped sausage right after.
Stir briefly and add the tomatoes. Simmer until the liquid is reduced. Finally, season it with salt, black pepper, savory and a little basil, if you like.
Serve a plate of spaghetti with a ladle of the sauce and a little grated cheese.
