How to make
Cut the zucchini into thin juliennes, just like spaghetti. Cut the sausage into chunks. Cut the onion into small pieces. Dice the tomatoes and you can optionally peel them and remove the seeds, beforehand.
In a large, deep pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Fry the onion and pieces of sausage for about 10 minutes.
Add the diced tomatoes and stir again. After about 5 minutes, add the zucchini spaghetti, lemon juice, oregano and hot chili sauce.
Stir and cook for another 15-20 minutes until the liquid evaporates and make sure to stir it occasionally. Taste the dish and season it with salt, if needed, since the sausage is usually already salty enough.
