How to make
Cut the beef fillet into small steaks. Roll them in flour and fry them. Arrange them on a tray. Fry the diced bacon in a little fat.
Take it out and in the same fat fry the mushrooms and the small onions. Add the flour and pour the broth.
Add salt and black pepper to taste. Pour the broth over the steaks and bake at 390°F (200°C) for 35-40 minutes.
Serve a portion of steak covered with sauce and sprinkled with bacon.
