How to make
Sift the flour into a bowl along with the vanilla and 1 pinch of salt and baking powder. Add the sugar and the egg, as well as the cold butter, which is cut into pieces.
Pour the mint syrup and gradually knead it into a soft dough. Wrap it in cling film and put it in the fridge to chill for about an hour.
Roll out the dough into a sheet, which is about 2-3 mm thick. Cut out heart shaped cookies, which are an even number.
On one part of the cookies, cut a heart in the middle with a smaller mold. Coat the whole heart shape with egg white and place the cut-out on.
Bake in an oven heated to 360°F (180°C) for about 10-12 minutes. Cool them on a wire rack.
Warm the chocolate spread slightly and fill the holes of the biscuits.
Melt the white chocolate, pour it into a piping bag and decorate them.
