How to make
The puff pastry must be defrosted in advance, so leave it in the refrigerator the night before. The next day, cut it into squares or rectangles.
Along the length of each square or rectangle, place 3-4 blocks of chocolate, which are broken lengthwise. Form rectangular puff pastries, by pressing their edges with a fork and slightly piercing them in the middle.
Arrange the puff pastries in a tray lined with baking paper. Bake them in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C), until they aquire a golden color.
After they have cooled, garnish them with melted chocolate.
