First, beat the liquid ingredients - eggs, cream, butter and vanilla. Beat with a wire whisk, not a mixer.
Add the rest of the ingredients and beat again.
Leave the mixture for at least 5 minutes, or more. At first it is thinner, then it thickens.
Pour the mixture into donut molds. If you don't have any, you can bake muffins. The mixture is also suitable for sponge cake.
Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 15 minutes.
