Ingredients

  • eggs - 1 large egg
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp.
  • cream cheese - 0.7 oz (20 g)
  • almond flour - 0.9 oz (25 g)
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp.
  • pork bacon - 30 g chopped
  • olives - 3 - 4 chopped
  • peppers - about 0.35 oz (10 g) sliced red and green pepper

How to make

Beat the egg, cream cheese, olive oil, flour and baking powder well.

Then the bacon, olives and peppers are added to them and everything is mixed with a spoon.

The molds are greased with butter and the mixture is distributed in them. Two are obtained.

If you don't have tart molds, you can use cupcake molds.

I baked the tarts in the fryer on the bake program for 10 minutes at 340°F (170°C).

Bake them in an oven at 360°F (180°C) until they're done, or maybe 15-20 minutes. But that depends on the oven, mine is gas.
