How to make
It is best to choose meat with fat. Cut it into small pieces. Chop the celery, onion and carrot. Pour 1/2 cup of olive oil in a pot, stew the vegetables with 2 tbsp. of water for five minutes.
Add the pork to them, the mushrooms as well and cook for another 5-6 minutes. Add a liter of warm water, the rice and boil the pork soup for about 20 minutes.
Season with parsley, black pepper and lovage. Remove it from the heat. Prepare the thickener by pouring a little of the broth over it. Pour it back into the appetizing soup.
Serve the pork soup with mushrooms and rice with homemade bread.
