How to make
The spinach is blanched for a minute or two in boiling water. Strain it, wash it and cut it.
The eggs and cream cheese are beaten with a whisk or mixer.
Add the cheese and spinach. Now you can mix it by hand with a spoon.
The mixture is distributed in greased muffin molds.
I got 6 pcs.
In the oven, the salted spinach muffins are baked at 360°F (180°C), until they're done.
Bake them in the fryer on the roast program at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
