Ingredients

  • chickpeas - 1 tin
  • pumpkin seed tahini - 3 tbsp.
  • lemon juice - from 1/2 lemon
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • ras el hanout - Indian spice mix*
  • salt
  • cayenne pepper (for sprinkling)

How to make

Wash and peel the chickpeas, then put them in the blender along with the tahini, garlic, lemon juice, spices and 1-2 spoons of the chickpea water.

Ras el hanout is a mixture of various oriental spices - turmeric, coriander, hot peppers, dill, table salt, garlic, cumin, fenugreek, pepper and ginger.

The delicious hummus is blended, until a smooth mixture is obtained and it is sprinkled with cayenne pepper.
