  • sesame oil - 1/2 cup

  • mayonnaise - 4 tbsp.
  • olives
  • parsley leaves

How to make

Wash the chickpeas and soak them in water overnight. Then boil them and blend them into a puree.

Put the puree it in a suitable dish and season it with crushed garlic, salt and black pepper.

Gradually add the oil and lemon juice and mix well. Finally, add the mayonnaise and mix again.

Garnish the hummus with olives and parsley leaves.
