How to make
Clean and finely chop the onion in a pan.
Add the oil and stew for 3-4 minutes, then add the washed and cut into large pieces livers and fry them for about another 5-6 minutes, by stirring occasionally.
Wash and pour the rice into a baking pan, then add the livers with the onion.
Add the spices and add 3 cups of warm water, mix well and bake in the oven at 180°C.
As soon as the oven-baked rice is ready, take it out and sprinkle it with dill.
The oven-baked rice with chicken livers is ready.
