  • bay leaf - 1 pc.
  • marjoram - 1 pinch (fresh or savory herb)
  • parsley - 1 pinch

How to make

The well-washed lentils are placed in a suitable pot, covered with water and are boiled for a few minutes.

Then the water is poured out and the lentils are poured again with fresh cold water and the finely chopped carrots, onions and celery are added.
