How to make
Crack the egg into a bowl, add the sugar and beat, until a fluffy mixture is obtained.
Pour the yogurt, pour the oil and mix.
Sift the flour with a pinch of salt and baking powder. In portions, add the dry mixture to the egg cream.
Flavor with a pinch of grated orange peel.
Homogenize the sponge cake mixture.
Line a small baking pan with a piece of baking paper. Pour the mixture and level it out.
Spread it with 3-4 tablespoons of homemade orange jam and arrange orange slices on top.
Bake the small orange cake at 360°F (180°C) in a preheated oven with a fan for about 25 minutes.
Sprinkle the baked orange cake with powdered sugar.
Leave it to cool completely before cutting it!
