How to make
In a bowl, sift the flour, starch, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Add one egg, sugar, cold butter (cut into pieces) and ground walnuts. Knead a soft and buttery dough.
Line a tray with baking paper. Tear small pieces from the dough and make walnut-sized balls. Arrange them in the tray, spaced apart.
Bake at 360°F (180°C) in a preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes.
Cool the baked cookies on a wire rack.
Break the chocolate in a pot, melt it in a water bath and add the ground walnuts with 2-3 tbsp. of milk.
Stir the mixture, until a homogeneous cream is obtained.
Stick the cookies together with the cream. Decorate them with melted chocolate on top.
Arrange the walnut cookies with a filling in paper cups!
