Ingredients

  • for the dough
  • eggs - 2
  • honey - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • oil - 1 cup
  • cinnamon - 1 packet
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • flour - as needed for a medium hard dough
  • butter - 1 package
  • for the filling
  • sugar - 5 tablespoons
  • walnuts - 1 cup, ground
  • milk - 1 cup
  • crumbs - from the gingerbread

How to make

From the above-listed products for the dough, knead a medium hard dough. From it, shape balls, arrange them in a buttered tray and bake them in a pre-heated oven at 390°F (200 °C).

Carefully carve out the insides of the gingerbread cookies. Mix the crumbs with the products for the filling, making sure the butter is at room temperature.

Fill the gingerbread cookies with the stuffing and stick them together in 2's. Leave them to stand for at least 1 day before serving.
