How to make
Wash, clean and season the sea bream fillets with salt and black pepper. Leave them aside for 15 minutes.
Finely chop the garlic and parsley, mix them in a bowl, add the olive oil and mix the parsley pesto.
Fry the fish with its skin side up first, in 1 tbsp. of olive oil and after 2 minutes turn it to the other side.
It is recommended to prepare the sea bream with parsley pesto in a Teflon pan.
Once the fried sea bream is ready, spread the pesto over it and serve it with a potato side dish and lemon.
