Wash the pumpkin are remove its seeds. Cut it into crescents.
Arrange them it in a tray lined with baking paper.
Sprinkle them with salt, ginger and black pepper.
Grate the lemon peel.
Put the garlic with the peel and a few sprigs of rosemary.
Drizzle with a little olive oil and roast the pumpkin at 390°F (200°C) for 30 minutes.
