Ingredients

  • chicken - 1 whole, or use only the legs
  • olive oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml) or oil
  • rosemary - 2 tsp
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • salt
  • black pepper - to taste, ground
  • lemons - juice and rind of 1
  • white wine - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • potatoes - 4 - 5, for garnishing

How to make

Clean and portion the chicken, if using a whole chicken. In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, olive oil, pressed garlic, rosemary and stir.

Rub the chicken well with salt and pepper and thoroughly with the fragrant olive oil mixture. Arrange it in a baking dish, cover and leave it to sit for about 1 hour. Top with 1/3 cup (80 ml) white wine and put it to bake in a moderately heated oven.

After 20 minutes of baking, add the cleaned and sliced potatoes and bake until finished.
