  • white wine - 1 cup
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • lemon juice - from 1/2 lemon
  • rosemary - 1 tsp.
  • turmeric - 1 tsp.
  • black pepper

How to make

The chicken meat you have, is cut into equal sized pieces.

Crush the garlic for the marinade, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
