  • onion - 1 small onion
  • fresh parsley

  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.

How to make

The chickpeas are strained and placed in a bowl.

Cut the cucumber into halves, the pink tomato into medium-sized pieces, the cherry tomatoes into halves, the onion into crescents and the avocado into pieces as well.

For the dressing, it is necessary to mix as much salt as you like, olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice. If desired, a little ground black pepper can be added.
