How to make
Wash the mushrooms and separate the stems.
Arrange them in a baking pan greased with oil (the stumps as well).
Sprinkle with salt and put a small piece of butter in each mushroom.
Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper on top and put the baking pan in the oven at approximately 430°F (220°C).
Bake the roasted field mushrooms with butter, until they aquire a slightly golden color.
