How to make
Cut the chicken breasts in half to form a butterfly. Pound the chicken fillets between kitchen foil and season with salt and black pepper.
Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on top of each fillet. Roll up and tighten well with the kitchen foil. Place in the refrigerator to cool for about an hour.
The rolls can also be closed with toothpicks. After they have cooled, roll them in the flour in which you previously added the thyme. After the flour, dip the rolls in the beaten eggs.
Finally, roll them in the breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan. Fry each roll in heated oil for about 2-3 minutes. Remove and arrange them on a tray.
Bake them in a heated oven at 370°F (190°C) for 15 minutes.
