How to make
If you can, use sesame oil, if not sunflower oil.
Cut the pork into thin and long pieces. Mix the ingredients for the marinade and stir the meat into it. Leave the meat to marinate for about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the carrot into thin strips and finely chop the spring onions and the garlic.
Cook the noodles according to manufacturer's instructions (about 6 minutes). Strain and wash them with cold water.
Heat some of the oil in a deep frying pan at a moderate temperature on the stove and fry the carrots and onions for about 5 minutes.
Add the garlic, soy sauce and sesame seeds and cook for about another minute, by stirring.
Add the strained noodles, stir-fry for about a minute and pour the noodles with the vegetables into a serving dish.
Heat the remaining oil and pour the marinated meat.
Stir-fry for about 20-25 minutes. Arrange the meat on top of the noodles.
Sprinkle with finely chopped spring onions and serve.
The Thai Pork with Noodles is very tasty.
