How to make
Freeze the beef for 45 minutes for easier slicing. When ready, cut it into thin pieces and season it with salt and black pepper. In a non-stick pan, on the stove, melt half of the butter with half of the olive oil.
Fry the pieces of beef, until they're browned on both sides, for about 15 minutes. Remove the meat and fry the mushrooms, which have been cleaned and cut into pieces, in the pan.
Fry for about 10 minutes and remove them from the pan and add them to the meat. Add the remaining butter and olive oil to the pan. Fry the onion for 3-4 minutes.
Mix with the flour for about 1 minute and add the broth.
Boil for about 5 minutes and add the mustard, tomato puree, cream and season. Boil for about a minute and place the beef and mushrooms back into the pan. Boil for about 5 min.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to manufacturer's directions, strain it and place it on a serving plate.
Pour the sauce over the beef and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
The Beef Stroganoff with Pasta is ready.
