How to make
Cut the meat into juliennes. Fry them, until they aquire a golden color. Remove them from the fat and add the mushrooms. After they are fried, add the finely chopped onion.
After two minutes, add the flour and tomato puree. Stir and pour the stock and wine.
Once boiling, return the meat and season. Leave the dish to simmer on low heat.
At the end, add the cream (beaten in advance) and sugar. Remove the dish from the heat and sprinkle it with chopped parsley.
Serve the beef stew with pickles and mashed potatoes (boiled rice).
The Beef Stroganoff is very tasty.
