How to make
We cut the beef into pieces and fry it in the oil.
We chop the onion and mushrooms coarsely and pour them over the meat. Fry for another 10 minutes and pour the broth.
Boil for 40 minutes on low heat and add the tomato puree, salt, black pepper and paprika.
Stew until it has thickened and turn off the heat.
We leave the goulash on the stove with the lid closed for 20 minutes and then serve.
