How to make
Soak the rice noodles in water, if it is warm, they take about 10 min to soften, if it is cold, about 20 min.
Strain and set them aside. Heat the oil in a deep pan on the stove over medium heat. Add the chopped spring onions, finely chopped garlic and grated ginger.
Fry for about 1 minute and add the minced meat. Mix well, fry and press it, until it becomes crumbly and changes its color and cook for about 15 min.
Add the soy sauce and mix again. Add about 2/3 cup (150 ml) of water.
Wait for it to boil and add the rice noodles. Mix well and cook, until the water disappears (about 5-10 minutes).
Serve the rice noodles sprinkled with chopped spring onions.
