  • spring onions - 3 stalks
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • pork - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • dock - 11 oz (300 g)
  • rice - 1/2 cup
  • salt
  • paprika

How to make

Cut the boneless pork leg meat into pieces and placed it in boiling water. Remove the foam from time to time. Stew the chopped spring onions and garlic cloves in oil.

Add the meat, paprika, pour hot water and leave it to simmer, until it is semi-cooked.

The dock is boiled in boiling water for a short time and it is cut into very small pieces, then it is added in the pot. Season and after a few minutes add the rice, which has been washed in a few waters.
