How to make
Wash the quinoa thoroughly, put it in salted boiling water and boil for 15 min. on low heat under a lid.
In the meantime, cut up the onions, dock and mushrooms finely and saute them in 1 tablespoon of oil and a little water on low heat until softened.
Mix the quinoa with the sauteed vegetables, add the dried tomatoes and liquid cream, transfer to a tray, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake until the cheese melts and gets a crispy crust.
